10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis focuses on research and gives some basic results as follows:
In Chapter 1, the author has outlined the entire theoretical system and concepts of mass media, Party building and communication about Party building work in the press. At the same time, he also pointed out the importance of the press in communication about Party building.
In chapter 2, the thesis surveys and analyzes in depth the current status of communication work on Party building on the Hanoi Moi printed newspaper, pointing out the factors affecting this activity such as the characteristics of the newspaper's editorial activities, the newspaper's guiding views on Party building. At the same time, it also surveys 6,000 press works on Party building from 2011-2016 on the Hanoi Moi daily, Hanoi Moi weekly and Hanoi Moi monthly newspapers to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of communication in the field of Party building of the newspaper. From there, lessons learned and issues raised are drawn. This serves as a basis for making scientific recommendations in chapter 3.
Chapter 3 of the thesis provides a general assessment of the effectiveness of communication on Party Building of the Hanoi Moi newspaper. It points out the existing problems and limitations of the press coverage on the daily Hanoi Moi newspaper, the weekly Hanoi Moi newspaper and the monthly Hanoi Moi newspaper, and from there proposes solutions and recommendations to the Editorial Board to improve the quality of communication on Party Building on the Hanoi Moi newspaper in general and the Vietnamese press in particular.

Supplementing scientific information on communication activities in Party building work in the Hanoi Moi printed newspaper.
Point out the existing problems and limitations of Party Building communication activities on the Hanoi Moi printed newspaper, from which propose solutions and recommendations to the Editorial Board to improve the quality of communication on Party Building.
In addition, the thesis also provides research and teaching materials for journalism and communication on related issues.

The thesis focuses on researching and giving some basic results as follows:
In the first chapter, the author outlines the theoretical and conceptual system of mass media, Party building and the impact of media on Party Building in journalism. Meanwhile, she pointed out the importance of journalism in building the Party.
In the second chapter, the thesis provides the survey and analysis of the conditions of Party Building of Hanoimoi Newspaper, illustrating the factors which affect this activity such as activities of editorial office, guiding views on Party Building. On the other hand, it also surveyed 6,000 press works on Party Building during the period of 2011-2016 in the “Hanoimoi daily”, “Hanoimoi weekly”, “Hanoimoi monthly” in order to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of communication in the field of Party Building. Hence, it had shown lessons learned and which became the basis for scientific recommendations in Chapter 3.
In chapter 3, the thesis evaluates the efficiency of media in Party Building of the Hanoimoi Newspaper. It mentioned the issues that still exist, the limitations of “Hanoimoi daily”, “Hanoimoi weekly”, “Hanoimoi monthly”. Thus, the thesis provides solutions and suggestions to the Editorial board to improve the quality of media in Party Building of Hanoimoi and the whole journalism in Vietnam.

Addressing the remaining issues, the limitations of Party Building of Hanoimoi Newspaper. Hence, providing solutions and recommendations to the Editorial Board to improve the quality of media in Party Building.
