This thesis focuses on researching and presenting the following basic results:

In Chapter 1, the author outlines the entire theoretical system and concepts of mass media, Party building, and media communication about Party building. It also highlights the importance of the press in communicating about Party building.

Chapter 2 of the thesis delves into a thorough survey and analysis of the current state of communication on Party building in the Hanoi Moi print newspaper, identifying factors influencing this activity such as the specifics of the newspaper's editorial office and the newspaper's guiding principles on Party building. Simultaneously, it surveys 6000 journalistic works on Party building from 2011-2016 in the daily, weekly, and monthly editions of Hanoi Moi to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of communication in the field of Party building. From this, lessons learned and issues raised are identified, forming the basis for the scientific recommendations in Chapter 3.

Chapter 3 of the thesis provides a general assessment of the effectiveness of communication on Party building in the Hanoi Moi newspaper. It identifies existing problems and limitations in the coverage of the daily, weekly, and monthly editions of Hanoi Moi, and proposes solutions and recommendations to the editorial board to improve the quality of communication on Party building in Hanoi Moi newspaper in particular and Vietnamese journalism in general.

11. Practical applications:

Supplementing scientific information on communication activities in Party building work in the Hanoi Moi print newspaper.

This study identifies existing problems and limitations in the Party building communication activities of the Hanoi Moi print newspaper, and proposes solutions and recommendations to the Editorial Board to improve the quality of communication on Party building.

In addition, the thesis also contributes to research and teaching materials for the field of journalism and communication on related issues.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

The thesis focuses on researching and giving some basic results as follows:

In the first chapter, the author outlines the theoretical and conceptual system of mass media, Party building and the impact of media on Party Building in journalism. Meanwhile, she pointed out the importance of journalism in building the Party.

In the second chapter, the thesis provides the survey and analysis of the conditions of Party Building of Hanoimoi Newspaper, illustrating the factors which affect this activity such as activities of editorial office, guiding views on Party Building. On the other hand, it also surveyed 6,000 press works on Party Building during the period of 2011-2016 in the “Hanoimoi daily”, “Hanoimoi weekly”, “Hanoimoi monthly” in order to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of communication in the field of Party Building. Hence, it had shown lessons learned and which became the basis for scientific recommendations in Chapter 3.

In chapter 3, the thesis evaluates the efficiency of media in Party Building of the Hanoimoi Newspaper. It mentioned the issues that still exist, the limitations of “Hanoimoi daily”, “Hanoimoi weekly”, “Hanoimoi monthly”. Thus, the thesis provides solutions and suggestions to the Editorial board to improve the quality of media in Party Building of Hanoimoi and the whole journalism in Vietnam.

Addressing the remaining issues, the limitations of Party Building of Hanoimoi Newspaper. Hence, providing solutions and recommendations to the Editorial Board to improve the quality of media in Party Building.
