10. Summary of the thesis results:

Based on theoretical research and the current state of empathy in friendships among high school students in Phu Binh district, Thai Nguyen province, this study investigates the manifestations of empathy in friendships, the factors influencing empathy, and the impact of empathy on behavior in friendships. Simultaneously, it offers recommendations to enhance empathy in friendships, helping students build positive relationships with their friends, and ultimately reducing aggressive behavior, conflict, and violence among high school students in Phu Binh district, Thai Nguyen province in particular, and high school students in general.

11. Practical applications:

The research findings of this thesis serve as a useful reference for educators in general and high school teachers in particular, enabling them to understand the characteristics and effects of empathy in relationships and develop appropriate solutions to enhance empathy in high school students' friendships. This aims to reduce psychological conflicts, aggression, and school violence, and to build positive friendships.

12. Future research directions:

If conditions and time permit, we will further research the topic by examining the impact of factors such as living environment, age, and ethnicity in different regions on empathy.

Simultaneously, give recommendations to enhance empathy in friendship, help them build good relationships with their friends so as to reduce aggressive behavior, conflicts and violence among high school students in Phu Binh district, Thai Nguyen province in particular and high school students in general.

The research results of the thesis is a useful reference for educating in general and High School teachers in particular to understand the characteristics as well as effects of empathy in frendship among high school students, in order to reduce psychological conflicts, aggression, school violence, and build good friendship.

If there are much more conditions and time, we will learn a further research with effects of elements and living areas, age groups, ethnic groups in different regions to empathy.
