10. Summary of the thesis results:

This study examines the theoretical basis and current state of psychological adaptation of first-year students to the regulations of the People's Police College I, examining various aspects and the impact of subjective and objective factors. Among these, the factor "Fixed time schedules in daily routines and their impact on personal freedom" is the most significant factor affecting the psychological adaptation of first-year students. Simultaneously, it proposes measures to help first-year students of the People's Police College quickly adapt to the regulations that must be followed by the College and the police force.

11. Practical applications:

The research findings of this thesis serve as a useful reference for educational institutions in general and lecturers in particular, enabling them to develop appropriate solutions to improve the quality of training and student learning outcomes.

12. Future research directions:

If conditions and time permit, we will further research the topic in depth, taking into account the impact of factors such as the students' living areas and ethnicity.

Simultaneously, the study provides measures to help first-year students of the People's Police College I adapt quickly to the rules of the college and the Police branch.
