Second, propose some recommendations and solutions to enhance the role of intellectuals and lecturers of Vietnam Academy of Agriculture in the process of training human resources to meet the requirements of the current cause of industrialization and modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
Third, the research results of the thesis can be used as reference material for building directions for developing the intellectual and lecturer team of the Vietnam Academy of Agriculture today.
