In recent years, the application of advanced technologies (green technologies) in waste treatment is still limited due to many different reasons, which has led to increased environmental pollution. To reduce environmental pollution in the field of waste treatment, it is necessary to use green technologies to solve the problem of secondary pollution from traditional treatment technologies such as landfills that occupy a large area of ​​land and waste resources. Therefore, it is necessary to promote waste treatment enterprises to apply green technologies and develop a financial policy to attract the use of advanced waste treatment technologies and at the same time limit the use of old technologies that affect the treatment efficiency and our environment.
