9. Summary of thesis results:
In recent years, the application of advanced technologies (green technologies) in waste treatment is still limited due to many different reasons, which has led to increased environmental pollution. To reduce environmental pollution in the field of waste treatment, it is necessary to use green technologies to solve the problem of secondary pollution from traditional treatment technologies such as landfills that occupy a large area of land and waste resources. Therefore, it is necessary to promote waste treatment enterprises to apply green technologies and develop a financial policy to attract the use of advanced waste treatment technologies and at the same time limit the use of old technologies that affect the treatment efficiency and our environment.
Research topic: Using financial tools to promote green technology application in waste treatment (case study of some enterprises in Hanoi).
The current status of applying green technology in treating domestic waste in Hanoi by applying technologies such as open landfill technology, which is the simplest technology to treat solid waste. If this technology is not controlled, it will seriously affect the surrounding environment; Sanitary landfill technology; Technology for producing organic fertilizers using aerobic methods; SERAPHIN technology...
Propose financial solutions to promote the application of green technology such as support policies for green technology, support policies on facilities, investment incentives, financial support policies, and sanctions for businesses applying environmentally unfriendly technologies in waste treatment.
Propose sanctions to handle violations to protect the environment specifically: Administrative sanctions for enterprises that do not apply green technology in the field of domestic waste treatment, criminal sanctions and other sanctions. Propose solutions to encourage the use of green technology by waste treatment enterprises such as building a system of legal policies, mechanisms and procedures, tightening preferential policies, building market mechanisms in the field of waste treatment, developing markets for recycled products, propaganda, mobilization...
Financial instruments regulated by the state to encourage the use of green technology in waste treatment show the state's interest in the cause of environmental protection in general for the whole society. Diverse incentive policies, from investment in infrastructure, land to incentives on investment capital, taxes, fees, price support, etc., thereby creating a relatively attractive incentive mechanism for investors in the field of environmental protection in general and enterprises using green technology in waste treatment in particular.
In order for financial instruments to be truly effective in promoting the application of green technology in waste treatment, it is necessary to build a system of legal policies in written documents guiding implementation, sub-law documents regulating financial instruments to encourage the application of green technology in waste treatment also need to be researched, developed, issued and implemented; procedural mechanisms to avoid inconvenience and complexity; financial instruments such as tightening incentive policies, building market mechanisms in the field of waste treatment, strengthening sanctions for administrative violations, developing the market for recycled products, and propagating and mobilizing relevant subjects.

9.Summary of the findings of the thesis :
In recent years, the application of advanced technologies (green technologies) in the garbage disposal is limited due to many different reasons, this makes the pollution of the environment increase. To reduce environmental pollution in the field of waste treatment, green technology applications need to be used to treat the problem of secondary pollution from the traditional treatment technologies such as landfill which covers much ground, wastes resources. Therefore, we should promote enterprises to treat waste with green technology applications, build a financial policy in order to attract enterprises to use advanced waste disposal technology and limit the use of out of date technologies which affects the treatment efficiency of our environment.
The research project uses financial instruments to promote the green technology application in the field of waste treatment (studying cases of some enterprises in Hanoi).
The real situation of green technology applications in waste treatment in Hanoi by applying technologies such as an open landfill technology, which is the easiest technology to handle solid waste, this technology if out of control will seriously affect the surrounding environment; sanitary landfill technology; organic micro production technology under aerobic method; Seraphin technology...
Providing financial solutions to promote green technology application like the policy to support green technology and the policy to support infrastructure, investment incentive policy, financial assistance policy, imposing sanctions for enterprises applying the waste disposal technology, which is unfriendly with environment.
Introducing specific sanctions for violations in order to protect the environment. Administrative sanctions against enterprises, not applying green technologies in the field of waste treatment, criminal sanctions and other sanctions. Introducing measures to encourage enterprises to use green technology for waste treatment such as building law and policy system , mechanisms and procedures, tightening incentives, market mechanisms in the field of waste treatment, developing the market for recycled products, communication, advocacy ...
The state regulated financial instruments are to encourage the use of green technology in waste treatment, showing the state's interest for the environment protection cause of our society in general. These diversified incentives from infrastructure investment, land to the support of investment incentives, taxes, fees, rates ..., create a relatively attractive incentive mechanism for investors in the field of environment protection in general and the enterprises using green technology in waste treatment in particular.
For the financial instruments to be truly effective in promoting the green technology application in waste treatment, it is necessary to build a law and policy system in implementing instructing documents, underlaw documents, regulating the financial tools to encourage green technology application in waste treatment should be studied, built, issued and deployed; procedural mechanism to avoid troublesome problems; financial tools such as tightening incentive policy, building market mechanism in the field of waste treatment, strengthening sanctions against administrative violations, developing markets for recycled products, communication and mobilizing stakeholders.
