10. Summary of the thesis results:
In an era where human rights values are always elevated as a vital principle, the trend of humanitarian intervention will continue for a long time. People will continue to make mistakes driven by their own needs, leading to conflicts that cause national helplessness, and naturally, humanitarian intervention will emerge as an effective solution. However, the inconsistency in institutions and legal frameworks for implementing intervention actions has created opportunities for the US and Western countries to exploit for their own political and economic agendas.
Solutions for addressing instability that threatens the lives of people in any territory must be objective and practical. For this reason, the "responsibility to protect" has emerged as a replacement for "humanitarian intervention" and has become a widely recognized standard in the international community. This standard demonstrates positive aspects, stipulating that if a nation cannot or does not want to protect its people from humanitarian disasters, then the international community has the right to intervene to protect the lives of its citizens. Confirming the severity of the situation and adhering to the mandatory conditions of intervention, with the ultimate goal of protecting people from humanitarian disasters, is a top priority. To fully realize the positive meaning of this action, people must prioritize "humanitarianism" over personal interests, and more broadly, the national interests of governments. However, economic market positions and political standing in international relations have become a leading factor directly influencing major nations. This modern worldview will limit the "purpose of protecting human rights" in "humanitarian interventions" as well as the "responsibility to protect" in the world.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
When the value of human rights is become more important to everyone, the trend of humanitarian intervention will continue to exist for a long time in the world. Because of human beings' demands, many conflicts are going to happen which makes their countries fail into crisis. Then humanitarian intervention certainly becomes the best choice to resolve this mass situation. However, inconsistence in legality and institution of humanitarian intervention gives the US and the West many chances to get a lot of economic and political' benefit from this action.
The solution for integrity in a nation which threatens its' citizens lives must be practical and optimistic. Therefore, the responsibility to protect (R2P) is gradually replace humanitarian intervention and going to become standard which has been approved in international relations. It is more convincible because of their logical principle that only when government is unable or ignored to humanitarian crisis in their nation, international community has right to use R2P to save its'citizens. Confirming the severity of crisis and following strictly mandatory conditions of every intervention with the goal of protecting people are really important.
Human being must focus on criteria “humanitarian”, not on criteria “individual benefits or nations benefits” to make this action become meaningful. However, economic situation or political position in international relations is decisive factor to powerful nation. This modern viewpoint will limit “tendency to protect human rights” target in humanitarian intervention as well as responsibility to protect innocent civilians.
