10. Summary of thesis results:
In an era where human rights values are always promoted as a vital principle, the trend of humanitarian intervention will continue to exist for a long time. People will continue to make mistakes for their own needs and cause conflicts leading to national helplessness and of course humanitarian intervention will appear as an effective solution. However, the lack of consistency in institutions as well as the legal framework in implementing intervention actions has created opportunities for the US and Western countries to take advantage of to carry out their own political and economic intentions.
The solution to act against the instability that threatens the lives of people in any territory must ensure objectivity and practicality. For that reason, the "Responsibility to Protect" has emerged instead of "humanitarian intervention" and has become a widely recognized norm in the international community. This norm has shown positive aspects with the rule that if a country cannot or does not want to protect its people from humanitarian disasters, then the international community will have the right to intervene to protect the lives of the people of that country. Confirming the seriousness as well as complying with the mandatory conditions of intervention with the highest purpose of protecting people from humanitarian disasters is an issue that needs to be given top priority. In order to fully promote the good meaning of this action, people need to put the "humanitarian" criterion above personal interests, broadly speaking, the national interests of the governments of countries. However, economic positions or political status in international relations have become a leading factor that directly affects major countries. This modern view of life will limit the “purpose of protecting human rights” in “humanitarian interventions” as well as the “responsibility to protect” in the world.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
When the value of human rights is become more important to everyone, the trend of humanitarian intervention will continue to exist for a long time in the world. Because of human beings' demands, many conflicts are going to happen which makes their countries fail into crisis. Then humanitarian intervention certainly becomes the best choice to resolve this mass situation. However, inconsistence in legality and institution of humanitarian intervention gives the US and the West many chances to get a lot of economic and political' benefit from this action.
The solution for integrity in a nation which threatens its' citizens lives must be practical and optimistic. Therefore, the responsibility to protect (R2P) is gradually replace humanitarian intervention and going to become standard which has been approved in international relations. It is more convincible because of their logical principle that only when government is unable or ignored to humanitarian crisis in their nation, international community has right to use R2P to save its'citizens. Confirming the severity of crisis and following strictly mandatory conditions of every intervention with the goal of protecting people are really important.
Human being must focus on criteria “humanitarian”, not on criteria “individual benefits or nations benefits” to make this action become meaningful. However, economic situation or political position in international relations is decisive factor to powerful nation. This modern viewpoint will limit “tendency to protect human rights” target in humanitarian intervention as well as responsibility to protect innocent civilians.
