10. Summary of the thesis results:
Firstly, the author provides a general overview of the origins and characteristics of the two literary genres, legend and mystery, in the history of Vietnamese literature. These two literary genres originated in China but left a significant mark on the history of Vietnamese literature.
Secondly, the author presents the characteristics of the two genres, legends and mystery stories, during the period 1932–1945. From this, the author demonstrates the existence, development, and transformation of legends and mystery stories within the new literary context.
Finally, the author clarifies the relationship between class composition, the literary market, social life, and the author's conception of creating legendary and mystery works.

This thesis can serve as a literary resource for students researching the history of modern Vietnamese literature.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
Firstly, the Thesis presents an overview of the origin formed, featured by two literary genres: strange tales and crime – case fictions in history of Vietnamese literature. These are two literary genres have origins in China, but become more important in achievement in the history of Vietnamese literature.
Secondly, the Thesis presents the characteristics of the two epic genres and projects during the period 1932 - 1945. Since then, prove the existence and development, change of the strange tales and crime – case fictions in a new cultural context.
Finally, the Thesis clarifies the relationship between class composition, literature market, social life to composing concept for strange tale and crime case fiction of writers.
