CHAPTER 1. COMPONENTS, CONTENT AND MEANING OF ARCHIVED DOCUMENTS FORMED IN THE ACTIVITIES OF PROFESSIONAL SCHOOLS IN SON LA PROVINCE

In chapter 1, we clearly explain some terms directly related to the thesis topic such as: the terms "Organization", "Archival activities", "Organization of archival activities", "Vocational schools"; In addition, we clearly present the components, content and meaning of archival documents formed in the activities of vocational schools in Son La province.

CHAPTER 2. CURRENT MEASURES ON ORGANIZING ARCHIVING ACTIVITIES IN PROFESSIONAL SCHOOLS IN SON LA PROVINCE

In chapter 2, we review and evaluate current measures on organizing archival activities on the following contents: organizing apparatus and personnel to carry out archival activities, developing and issuing management documents directing archival activities, organizing warehouses and equipment for archival activities, organizing archival activities, promoting inspection and evaluation of archival activities, applying ISO 9001: 2008 processes in archival activities of vocational schools in Son La province.

CHAPTER 3. PROPOSED OPTIMAL SOLUTIONS FOR ORGANIZING ARCHIVING ACTIVITIES IN PROFESSIONAL SCHOOLS IN SON LA PROVINCE

In chapter 3, the author proposes optimal solutions to effectively organize archival activities in professional schools in Son La province. These are solutions regarding human resources, financial resources, material resources and information.

11. Practical application:

The product of the topic can be used in professional schools of Son La province in organizing archival activities. More broadly, the research results of the topic will contribute to perfecting the theory of archival organization in educational institutions in Vietnam.

In a broader scope, further studies can be conducted to clarify the methods of organizing archival activities of educational training institutions in Vietnam.

In the first chapter, we try to clarify some related terms ie, “organization”, “archival activities”, “organization of archival activities”, “professional schools”. Besides, we also attempt to define the components, content and the values ​​of archival documents created by the activities of professional schools in the province of Son La.

In chapter 2, we access the current application to organization of archival activities in professional solutions schools in Son La in the fields of: organizational structure and human resources working in archival field; storages and equipments used in the archives and the methods of controlling and evaluating the effects of archival activities; To some extent, we also evaluate the results of application of ISO 9001:2008 in the field of archives in Son La.

In the last chapter, we propose some applicable solutions in order to effectively organize the archival activities in professional schools in Son La. Those solutions can be related to human, financial and informational resources.

11. Practical applicability, if any:

The conclusion of the thesis can be applied to the organization of archival activities of professional schools in Son La in particular and other provinces in general. Further, the thesis results can be used to contribute to the completion of the theories of organization the archive in educational institutions in Vietnam.

In a broader perspective, further research can be conducted to investigate the organizational methods of archives of the educational institutions in Vietnam.
