Furthermore, the thesis examines the impact of tourism on the lives of local communities, how local communities understand and perceive their responsibilities in tourism activities, and proposes solutions to raise awareness among local communities, tourists, and tourism businesses about responsible tourism.

This thesis provides further practical knowledge about responsible tourism. It proposes appropriate solutions for developing responsible tourism in the Sam Son beach resort area.
