10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
The Author has reviewed the theories about organization and implementation of scienceand technological activities, the right and capacity of self-reliance of science andtechnology entities as well as the implementation situation of scientific research activitiesat the Institute of Mechanics, especially the activities of research and development, andstudied the self-reliance status of the Institute. Based on that review and study, theAuthor has analyzed and assessed all difficulties and difficulties encountered during theimplementation of diversified research and development activities as well as obstacles inexercising the self-reliance capacity at the Institute of Mechanics.
The Author has eventually proposed feasible conditions and policy solutions for theInstitute of Mechanics to well implement the diversification of research and developmentactivities in order to increase the incomes (capital resources) for expanding andsustaining its operation. Consequently, it helps the Institute to grow self-reliant and self– responsible as stated in the Decree 115/2005/ND-CP.
