The thesis focuses on concepts such as venture capital fund, the characteristic of technological innovation, evaluating the role and the activities of the venture capital funds in Vietnam, evaluating demand for capital of technological innovation. The thesis highlights the roles of venture capital fund for technological innovation activities, the conditions to establish the venture capital fund for the activities of technological innovation in Vietnam such as the market economy, the venture investors willing to invest, make sure the institution of the stock market. The thesis provides analysis of the elements which are not willing to establish the venture capital fund, moreover provides the foundations that are the opportunity to establish the venture capital fund in nearly the future.
