Chapter 1. Theoretical basis of standardizing office operations
In Chapter 1, the author clarifies the concept of an office, its position and role; its functions and responsibilities; and the theory of standardizing office operations (including: the concept, content, principles, and process of standardizing office operations; the purpose and significance of standardizing office operations; criteria for evaluating standardized office operations; and the responsibilities of organizing and implementing standardized office operations).
Chapter 2. Current Status of Standardization of Office Operations at the Office of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province
Based on the theoretical framework presented in Chapter 1, the author conducts a survey and evaluation of the current state and results of standardizing office operations at the Office of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province according to the evaluation criteria framework. From this, the author comments on and assesses the advantages, limitations, and causes of limitations regarding the standardization of office operations at the Office of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province.
Chapter 3. Solutions for further standardizing office operations at the Office of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province.
Based on the research and assessment of the current situation in Chapter 2, the author proposes several solutions to standardize office operations at the Office of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province with the following contents:
Enhance the awareness of leaders and officials regarding the standardization of office operations; review all regulations and rules on office operations within the agency; develop and issue additional new regulations, rules, and procedures; and strengthen the dissemination, guidance, inspection, and evaluation of the implementation of regulations, rules, and procedures.
11. Practical applications
The advantages, limitations, and feasible solutions and proposals analyzed in this thesis can be applied in practice, contributing to improving the efficiency of standardizing office operations at the Office of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province; at the same time, it serves as a reference document for other agencies and provides additional material for training institutions on office management.

In Chapter 1, the author clarifies the philosophical definition, functionality, and roles of Office Administration and the Standardization of Office Administration, including concepts, the process of Office Administration Standardization; purpose, meaning of Office Administration Standardization; the evaluation criteria of Office Administration Standardization; organization's responsibility and Office Administration Standardization practices.

Chapter 2. Practical Case of Office Administration Standardization in Ha Tinh Province's People Committee
According to scientific-based evidence shown in Chapter 1, the author conducted the pre-test to assess the practical situation and issues of Office Administration Standardization in Ha Tinh Province's People Committee. Hereafter, the authors provided an assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of Office Administration Standardization in Ha Tinh Province's People Committee.

Chapter 3. Practical Solutions for Office Administration Standardization Issues in Ha Tinh Province's People Committee
From the practical assessments and results in Chapter 2, the author proposed some potential solutions to improve Office Administration Standardization in Ha Tinh Province's People Committee:
  • Enhance the management board's and employees' perception towards Office Administration Standardization Issues in Ha Tinh Province's People Committee
  • Conduct an assessment of current regulations of Office Administration practices
  • Establish more relevant regulations, laws, and procedures
  • Conduct the propaganda, giving, and frequent evaluation on how the regulations are applied
  • Pay more attention to the build-up of Office Administration Standardization, and apply ISO standards into practice to make the assessment process more efficient
