Chapter 1. Overview of the theoretical basis for organizing and implementing the advisory function in office activities.
In Chapter 1, the author presented an overview of the theoretical basis for organizing and implementing the advisory function in office operations, as well as the significance of organizing and implementing this function; the responsibilities of organizing and implementing the advisory function in office operations; an overview of the content (tasks) of organizing and implementing the advisory function of the office; measures for organizing and implementing the advisory work of the office; and factors affecting the organization and implementation of the advisory function of the office.
Chapter 2. Current Status of the Organization and Implementation of the Advisory Function of the Office of the Department of Transport of Yen Bai Province
Based on the scientific foundations presented in Chapter 1, the author has presented specifically and clearly the current state of the organization and implementation of the advisory function of the Office of the Department of Transport in 3 aspects: (1) Organization of personnel performing the advisory function of the Office of the Department; (2) Situation of implementing the advisory content (tasks) of the Office of the Department; (3) Forms of implementing advisory activities.

Chapter 3. Directions and solutions for improving the organization and implementation of the advisory function of the Office of the Department of Transport of Yen Bai province.
Based on the research and assessment of the current situation in Chapter 2, the author focuses on proposing 03 solutions to improve the organization and implementation of the advisory function of the Office of the Department of Transport of Yen Bai province, focusing on the following issues: (1) Improving legal regulations on the organization and implementation of the advisory function of the Office of the Department; (2) Improving the organizational structure and personnel of the organization and implementation of the advisory function of the Office of the Department; (3) Improving the quality of the organization and implementation of the advisory function of the Office of the Department.
11. Practical applications
Based on the research findings in this thesis, the Office of the Department of Transport of Yen Bai province can propose feasible solutions and recommendations for practical application, contributing to the improvement of the advisory function of the Office of the Department, as well as enhancing the leadership role of the leadership and management team of the Department of Transport of Yen Bai province.
