Chapter 1. Overview of theoretical basis for organizing the implementation of advisory functions in office activities
In Chapter 1, the author has presented an overview of the theoretical basis for organizing the implementation of the advisory function in office activities as well as the significance of organizing the implementation of the advisory function; the responsibility of organizing the implementation of the advisory function in office activities; an overview of the content (tasks) of organizing the implementation of the advisory function of the Office; measures to organize the implementation of the advisory work of the office as well as mentioning the factors affecting the organization of the implementation of the advisory function of the Office.
Chapter 2. Current status of organization and implementation of advisory functions of the Office of the Department of Transport of Yen Bai province
Based on the scientific foundations presented in Chapter 1, the author has presented specifically and clearly the current situation of the organization and implementation of the advisory function of the Department of Transport Office in 3 aspects: (1) Organization of the personnel apparatus performing the advisory function of the Department Office; (2) The situation of implementing the advisory content (tasks) of the Department Office; (3) Forms of implementing advisory activities.

11. Practical application
