Chapter 1. Theoretical basis of administrative procedures and application of information technology in handling administrative procedures
In Chapter 1, the author presented a general overview of administrative procedures, including: concepts, characteristics, classification of administrative procedures, theoretical basis of applying information technology in handling administrative procedures, application goals of applying information technology in handling administrative procedures by 2030, factors affecting the application of information technology in handling administrative procedures including objective factors and subjective factors.
Chapter 2. Current status of information technology application in administrative procedure settlement at the People's Committee of Hoa Phat ward, Cam Le district, Da Nang city
In Chapter 2, the author presented an overview of the People's Committee of Hoa Phat Ward, including its geographical location, organizational structure, position, functions, tasks, and powers; the role of the Office of the People's Committee of Hoa Phat Ward in handling administrative procedures. The author presented the results of applying information technology in handling administrative procedures at the People's Committee of Hoa Phat Ward.
In order to have a basis for assessing the situation of applying information technology in handling administrative procedures at the People's Committee of Hoa Phat Ward, the author has built a survey table and conducted a survey on cadres, civil servants and people who come to contact to handle administrative procedures at the People's Committee of Hoa Phat Ward. Through descriptive statistical analysis using SPSS software, the author has analyzed and evaluated the feelings of people and cadres, civil servants of the ward on factors affecting the situation of applying information technology in handling administrative procedures at the People's Committee of Hoa Phat Ward, in which it is necessary to complete the element "Electronic information page of the ward" to serve people and businesses, invest in human resources in information technology, strengthen inspection and supervision of the application of information technology, and ensure information security at the People's Committee of the ward.
Chapter 3. Measures to improve the application of information technology in handling administrative procedures at the People's Committee of Hoa Phat ward
In Chapter 3, the author presented the general and specific objectives of applying information technology in handling administrative procedures at the People's Committee of Hoa Phat Ward. The author presented 05 solutions to improve the application of information technology in handling administrative procedures at the People's Committee of the ward: Leadership and direction; Standardizing administrative procedure handling processes, perfecting the public service delivery system; Investing funds, building appropriate infrastructure to serve the application of information technology in handling administrative procedures; Strengthening the dissemination of information, propaganda, guidance, and support for people and businesses; Building and developing human resources, improving qualifications, training and fostering civil servants. The author also proposed a number of recommendations for the Central Government and the city in the application of information technology.
11. Practical application
With the research results of this thesis, the author hopes to contribute some solutions to the process of resolving administrative procedures of people and businesses through the application of information technology in Hoa Phat ward in particular and localities in the city in general.

Further research directions: Further research can study the application of information technology in administrative reform at ward people's committees and district people's committees, and at the same time add some other factors affecting the application of information technology at state agencies in Da Nang city.
