Summary of the results of the thesis: The thesis systematizes the concepts related to new rural areas, new rural construction, policies and viewpoints of the Party, the State and the process of new rural construction in Hanoi city. Clarify the role of the press in propagating the policies and guidelines of the Party, the State in general and the process of new rural construction. Based on the survey of the current situation of the Hanoi Moi newspaper, the thesis evaluates the current situation of the methods, content, forms, and issues of propaganda for new rural construction, thereby drawing out the successes, limitations and causes of the successes and limitations of such propaganda. Determine the basic directions and solutions to improve the quality of information and propaganda on the issue of new rural construction in the Hanoi Moi newspaper.

Practical applicability: The thesis provides some contents on building "agriculture, farmers, rural areas" according to Resolution No. 26-NQ/TW of the 7th Central Conference (10th tenure), the National Target Program on New Rural Construction for the period 2021-2025 on "Promoting the effective implementation of the National Target Program on New Rural Construction associated with restructuring the agricultural sector and developing the rural economy, improving the material and spiritual life of farmers in the period 2021-2025". Through research, propose solutions to improve the quality of propaganda on new rural construction, contributing to promoting and improving the quality of propaganda on new rural construction in Hanoi.
