The thesis consists of 3 chapters with the following basic contents:

Chapter 1. Overview of the relationship between office responsibilities and corporate culture building

The content of Chapter 1 mainly deals with the theoretical basis of corporate culture and office responsibilities such as: concepts, principles, contents, influencing factors and the relationship between office responsibilities and building corporate culture.

Chapter 2. Office responsibilities in organizing, implementing and developing corporate culture at PPC

This chapter presents an overview of the basic information and outstanding features of Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company. The current status of organizing and implementing corporate culture: the process of organizing and implementing, corporate culture, the role of the office. Thereby, highlighting the role of the office in organizing, implementing, maintaining and developing corporate culture, this is the basis for the author to present some solutions to enhance the responsibility of the office mentioned in Chapter 3. Chapter 3. Proposing some solutions to enhance the responsibility of the office in organizing and implementing corporate culture at PPC

Chapter 2: The responsibility of office in organizing, performing and promoting corporate culture at PPC

This chapter presents the basic information and typical features of Pha Lai Thermal Power joint stock company. Reality in organizing and performing corporate culture (the organizing and performing process, corporate culture, roles of office) is examined. Consequently, the roles of the office in organizing, performing and promoting corporate culture are highlighteded. This analysis is the basis for the author to present some solutions to enhance the responsibilities of the office.
