This chapter provides a general overview of the basic information and outstanding characteristics of Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company. It examines the current state of corporate culture implementation: the implementation process, corporate culture, and the role of the office. Through this, it highlights the role of the office in organizing, maintaining, and developing corporate culture, which forms the basis for the author's presentation of several solutions to enhance the office's responsibility, as discussed in Chapter 3. Chapter 3: Proposed Solutions to Enhance the Office's Responsibility in Implementing Corporate Culture at PPC
This is also the main objective of the topic. This chapter focuses on presenting the responsibilities of the office and proposing solutions to improve the organization and development of corporate culture.
