To clarify the current state of social assistance for the elderly in areas such as healthcare, material support, mental support, and assistance in daily living, from both the community and local authorities in Vinh Ngoc commune, Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province.

This study analyzes the causes of limitations in social assistance for the elderly, both within the community and among social policy officers in Vinh Ngoc commune, Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province.

Based on that, solutions are proposed to improve the effectiveness of social assistance for the elderly in the community, aiming to help them have a better spiritual and material life.

This research has high applicability in terms of intervention and support from family, community, and society for the elderly to help them have a better material and spiritual life.

Analyzing causes of limitations in social support for the elderly community as well as implementing social policies of staff at Vinh Ngoc Commune, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province

On this basis, Proposing solutions to improve the effectiveness of social support for the elderly in the community, in order to help them to have a better spiritual and material life.
