10. Summary of thesis results:
- This thesis studies the methods of portraying fantastical characters in Vietnamese supernatural tales (through the Viet Dien U Linh Tap and Linh Nam Chich Quai Luc) to identify the techniques that Ly Te Xuyen and Tran The Phap used to depict fantastical characters in their works. From this, we can see the achievements in the construction of fantastical characters in Viet Dien U Linh Tap and Linh Nam Chich Quai Luc. We understand the artistic characteristics of the early Vietnamese supernatural tale genre and contribute to a better understanding of the development of Vietnamese fantastic prose.
- This thesis presents the prerequisites for the creation of Viet Dien U Linh Tap and Linh Nam Chich Quai Luc, and provides an overview of the authors and texts of Viet Dien U Linh Tap and Linh Nam Chich Quai Luc.
