This thesis surveys news articles on food safety communication in Hanoi Moi newspaper, Kinh Te & Do Thi online newspaper, and Hanoi Radio and Television. Through this, it explores theoretical issues related to the role and impact of the press on food safety communication; the Party's guidelines and viewpoints, and the State's policies and laws on food safety and communication. The thesis focuses on analyzing and evaluating the content and form of food safety communication in these three newspapers. It identifies the strengths and weaknesses in content and form, as well as assessing the successes and limitations of food safety communication activities in Hanoi's press. Based on this, it proposes fundamental solutions to enhance the role of the press in food safety communication.

The thesis points out the advantages and disadvantages in terms of content, form as well as assessment of success and limitations in communication activities on food safety in the press in Hanoi. From there, propose basic solutions to promote the role of the press in communication about food safety.
