Based on an analysis of various theories, perspectives, and aspects of employee relations, this thesis synthesizes and identifies the fundamental and universal meanings of the concept of "employee relations." Simultaneously, the thesis points out several key criteria for evaluating employee relations, including: the breadth and depth of the relationship; the level of trust in the relationship; and labor performance. In particular, the thesis delves into clarifying the role of internal communication in building positive, trusting, harmonious, and progressive employee relations.
This thesis provides an overview and basic information about the history of formation and development, business sectors, diversity of personnel structure by age, gender, and educational level, as well as the characteristics of workplace dispersion in labor management and its impact on employee relations at Hai Dang Fashion Trading Co., Ltd. Through survey, interview, and observation methods, the thesis clearly outlines the current state of employee relations at Hai Dang Fashion Trading Co., Ltd. The survey results show that, in addition to the initial achievements, employee relations at the company still have limitations such as: defensive attitudes, fear of risks, lack of genuine mutual trust, low level of commitment, half-hearted work, low labor productivity, etc. These limitations mainly stem from subjective causes within the enterprise, with the primary reason being limited internal communication due to the lack of a long-term strategy and a lack of synchronization in finance, human resources, and technical equipment for internal communication.
Based on an analysis of the current state of employee relations and the limitations of internal communication affecting the quality of employee relations, this thesis proposes several solutions to improve the effectiveness of internal communication. The proposed solutions are comprehensive and appropriate to the company's specific conditions, helping to improve internal communication and contribute to enhancing employee relations within the company. The thesis has proven its research hypothesis and fulfilled its research objectives.
