10. Summary of the results of the thesis
Based on the analysis of theories, perspectives and different aspects of employee relations, the thesis synthesizes and points out the basic and universal connotations of the concept of "Employee Relations". At the same time, the thesis points out some key criteria to evaluate employee relations including: the breadth - narrowness, shallowness - depth of the relationship; the level of trust in the relationship and labor performance. In particular, the thesis delves into the role of internal communication in building positive, trusting, harmonious and progressive employee relations.
The thesis introduces an overview, provides basic information about the history of formation and development, business lines, diversity in personnel structure by age, gender, education level as well as characteristics of workplace dispersion in labor management affecting the building of employee relations at Hai Dang Trading Company Limited. By using investigation, interview and participant observation methods, the thesis clearly states the current status of employee relations at Hai Dang Fashion Trading Company Limited. The results of the investigation and survey show that: besides the initial results achieved, employee relations at the Company still have limitations such as: defensive mentality, fear of risks, lack of mutual trust, low cohesion, working at a slow pace, low labor productivity, etc. These limitations mainly come from subjective causes of the enterprise, in which the main cause is limited internal communication due to the lack of long-term strategy and lack of synchronization in finance, human resources and technical equipment in internal communication work.
Based on the analysis of the current state of employee relations and the limitations of internal communication affecting the quality of employee relations, the thesis proposes a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness of internal communication activities. The proposed solutions are consistent and suitable to the actual conditions of the enterprise, helping to comprehensively improve internal communication work, contributing to improving the quality of employee relations at the Company. The thesis has proven the research hypothesis of the thesis, completing the research tasks set out.

Through documents, data and analysis, comments, and evaluation of employee relations and the role of internal communication at Hai Dang Fashion Trading Internal Communication Company, the thesis offers new perspectives and new solutions to build harmonious and progressive employee relations compared to pure labor relations.
