- Adhering closely to the research axis of the topic, the theoretical foundations of journalism studies, television journalism theory, etc., the thesis has analyzed, synthesized, interpreted, and built a theoretical basis related to the research problem. This is the role of the presenter in political commentary television programs - an important factor related to the quality of political commentary programs on television. In addition to analyzing the role of the presenter in political commentary television programs, the thesis has presented requirements for presenters as a basis for analyzing and evaluating the current situation.

- Based on the established theoretical framework, through surveying, analyzing, and evaluating political commentary programs broadcast on Vietnam Television, Hanoi Radio and Television, and Vietnam National Defense Television Channel; and through surveys of public opinion, experts, and researchers; this thesis analyzes and evaluates the performance of the role and responsibilities of political commentary television presenters; analyzes the causes of success and limitations; and proposes solutions to enhance the role of presenters.

The research findings can serve as a reference for presenters in general and those hosting current affairs television programs in particular; as a reference for journalism and media training institutions and for anyone interested in this field.

It is the role of a mainstream television presenter - an important factor in the quality of television programs. In addition to analyzing the role of the mainstream television presenter, the thesis has put forth the criteria for the presenter as a basis for analysis and evaluation.

Based on the theoretical issues that have been established through the survey, analysis and evaluation of mainstream programs broadcast on the Vietnam Television, Hanoi Radio and Television Station, Vietnam National Defense Television channel; Through the survey of public opinion, experts and researchers, the thesis has analyzed and assessed the role and tasks of a television presenter, analyzed causes of success, and suggested solutions to enhance the role of the presenter.
