In addition, the author also develops a list of standardized documents suitable for application in SMEs; guides the development and use of the above list; drafts detailed samples of some QPNB for SMEs to refer to and apply.
11. Practical application
The research results of the thesis are reference documents, providing a theoretical basis for CHHDVP and some specific solutions to build a set of documents to standardize office operations for small and medium enterprises. In particular, with the list of standardized documents, detailed descriptions of the steps of construction and detailed drafts of some QPNB samples in this thesis, Vietnamese SMEs can flexibly apply them to their practical operations.
12. Further research directions
In the coming time, the author will continue to research issues related to CHHDVP, expand the research object and scope; at the same time, refer to the practice of CHHDVP for Vietnamese SMEs in developed countries to be able to research and apply appropriately in Vietnam.
