The thesis "Vietnam-Japan Educational Cooperation in University Training from 2009 to 2023" is divided into three chapters. Chapter 1 focuses on clarifying the theoretical basis of Vietnam-Japan educational cooperation in university training, including: clarifying the concept of educational cooperation, Vietnam-Japan educational cooperation in university training; the necessity of Vietnam-Japan educational cooperation in university training for both countries; and the external and internal factors affecting Vietnam-Japan educational cooperation in university training. Chapter 2 delves into analyzing the current state of educational cooperation between Vietnam and Japan in university training from 2009 to 2023, in three main areas: 1) Cooperation in training undergraduate and graduate students, professional development, exchange of lecturers, researchers, administrators, and learners; 2) Cooperation in scientific research and technology transfer, organizing scientific conferences and seminars, exchanging information, publications, documents, and results of training, science, and technology activities; 3) Establishing scholarship funds, providing consultancy, and funding investment for the development of school facilities and technical equipment.
