Chapter 1: Concept of culture and corporate culture
In this chapter, the author studies the theoretical system of culture and corporate culture. Studying the role and importance of culture in business, from there, he points out the necessity of a corporate culture handbook. The author outlines the definition, form and content of a corporate culture handbook.
Chapter 2: Building a corporate culture handbook
In this chapter, the author explores the current state of corporate culture through a survey of the level of understanding of corporate culture among employees in the company, thereby developing the content of the handbook to suit the company.
Chapter 3: Draft of corporate culture handbook of PPC An Thinh company and implementation of using the handbook in the enterprise
From the content built in chapter 2, the author will draft a corporate culture handbook. The handbook will have detailed content and a presentation format that is suitable for the company's employees.
The author then develops a process for applying the culture handbook to his business. This process will include three parts: preparation for implementation, during implementation, and a method for evaluating the results achieved after implementation.
11. Ability to apply in practice.
Firstly, this thesis presents the current state of corporate culture, its advantages and limitations, thereby helping to raise awareness of corporate culture among the company's leadership and employees.
Second, the product of this thesis is a cultural handbook that contributes to strengthening the culture of PPC An Thinh company.
Third, the research and construction process in this thesis also contribute to the research basis for other theses or other corporate culture construction projects that can also be applied.
12. Further research directions
Based on the results of this research direction, the author hopes to continue to conduct in-depth research on corporate culture in the future and provide products that can be applied to the work of improving corporate culture in Vietnam today.
