Chapter 1: Concepts of Culture and Corporate Culture
This chapter explores the theoretical framework of culture and corporate culture. It examines the role and importance of culture within a business, thereby highlighting the necessity of a corporate culture handbook. The author provides an overview of the definition, form, and content of a corporate culture handbook.
Chapter 2: Developing a Corporate Culture Manual
In this chapter, the author explores the current state of corporate culture through a survey of employees' understanding of corporate culture, in order to develop a handbook content that is appropriate for the company.
Chapter 3: Drafting the corporate culture handbook of PPC An Thịnh Company and implementing its use within the enterprise.
Based on the content developed in Chapter 2, the author will draft a corporate culture handbook. The handbook will detail the content and its presentation style to best suit the company's employees.
The author then developed a process for applying the corporate culture manual to their business. This process includes three parts: preparation for implementation, implementation during the process, and methods for evaluating the results achieved after implementation.
11. Practical applications.
Firstly, this thesis presents the current state of corporate culture, highlighting its advantages and limitations, thereby helping to raise awareness of corporate culture among both the leadership and employees of the company.
Secondly, the product of this thesis is a cultural handbook that contributes to further strengthening the culture of PPC An Thinh company.
Thirdly, the research and development processes presented in this thesis also contribute to the research basis for other theses or other corporate culture development projects that may also be applicable.
12. Future research directions
Based on the results of this research direction, the author hopes to continue researching corporate culture in depth in the future and develop products that can be applied to improving corporate culture in Vietnam today.

Based on the research results in this thesis, in the coming time, I hope that in the coming time, I will continue to research deeply about corporate culture and produce products that can be applied to improve corporate culture in Vietnam.
