Based on the scientific foundation presented in Chapter 1, the author conducted a survey and assessment of the current state and results of office modernization at the Hai Chau District People's Committee. Through this, the author observed and evaluated the advantages, limitations, and causes of these limitations in the modernization of office work at the agency.
Chapter 3. Solutions to promote the modernization of office work at the Hai Chau District People's Committee.
Based on the research and assessment of the current situation in Chapter 2, the author proposes solutions to improve the efficiency of modernizing office work at the Hai Chau District People's Committee. These solutions focus on issues such as: applying new technologies in office personnel management; equipping offices with more modern equipment and machinery; and promoting the application of information technology and digital transformation in office work.
