Chapter 1. Theoretical Foundations of Information Security and Office Operations
This research aims to select and provide a theoretical basis for ensuring information security in office operations.
Chapter 2. Current Status of Information Security in Office Operations at the Information Security Department – ​​Ministry of Information and Communications
Building upon the theoretical framework presented in Chapter 1, Chapter 2 will outline the legal basis for several office activities, as well as describe and assess the current state of information security in office operations at the Information Security Department.
Chapter 3. Recommendations on ensuring information security in office operations at the Information Security Department – ​​Ministry of Information and Communications and other state administrative agencies.
After delving into the current state of information security in office operations, Chapter 3 will propose several recommendations to improve information security in office operations at the Information Security Department and some solutions to enhance quality in state administrative agencies.
11. Practical applications:
This thesis contributes to supplementing the literature on information security in office operations in Vietnam, as well as at the Information Security Department. Based on the research of this thesis, it contributes to developing directions for other research topics with a similar focus on information security in office operations within agencies, organizations, and businesses.
This thesis will present and analyze the current state of information security implementation in office operations at the Information Security Department. Based on this, it will propose feasible recommendations, appropriate to the nature and scope of the unit's work, to further improve office management in general and information security in office operations in particular at the Information Security Department and other state agencies. Furthermore, the thesis can also be used as a valuable theoretical and practical reference for other research topics with similar research directions.

Develop a framework of standards for evaluating information security in office operations at state administrative agencies.

Based on the theoretical background presented in Chapter 1, Chapter 2 will generalize the legal basis of some office operations as well as describe and evaluate the current situation of information security assurance in office operations at the Authority of Information Security (AIS).
Chapter 3. Proposing recommendations on information security assurance in office operations at the Authority of Information Security - Ministry of Information and Communications and state administrative agencies
After delving into the current situation of information security assurance in office operations, on that basis, Chapter 3 will propose some recommendations that need to be implemented to improve information security in office operations at the AIS and some solutions to improve quality at state administrative agencies.
12. Practical application:
The thesis contributes to supplementing documents on information security in office operations in Vietnam as well as at the AIS. On the basis of this research, it will play a positive role in developing orientations for other studies which share the same direction of information security exploitation in office operations in agencies, organizations and enterprises.
The thesis will present and analyze the current situation of the implementation of information security assurance in office operations at the AIS. Following that, proposals which are feasible and suitable to the working field of the offices will be recommended. Gradually, it helps to complete office management in general and information security duties in particular at the AIS and other government agencies. Besides, the thesis could be used as a theoretical and practical reference material for other researches which have the same directions in common.
13. Future research
Developing a standard framework for assessing information security assurance in office operations at state administrative agencies.
