10. Summary of the results of the thesis:
Social criticism is a major issue of the Party, the State and the Vietnam Fatherland Front. It is directly related to promoting the role of mastery of all classes of people in the cause of building and defending the socialist Fatherland, realizing the goal of a rich people, a strong country, a fair, democratic and civilized society. The contents presented in the thesis are basic and urgent issues of the Fatherland Front in performing the function of social criticism. Although the issue is very important, it is only a content to study the participation of the Front in the process of democratization of social life in our country. The research results have only been partially verified in the practical activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels in Dong Da district and need more time to experiment. Therefore, social criticism activities will also be a topic that needs to be further studied from many different perspectives and for other socio-political entities in our country today.
11. Practical application:
Although there are still many limitations, Dong Da district has gradually implemented the merger project to perfect the local mechanism. Therefore, the research results of the topic will help wards and communes in Hanoi in particular and the whole country in general to refer to, research and propose better directions and solutions in promoting the role of social criticism. In addition, the thesis is also a reference document for research and training. It can be said that social criticism activities have been and are being directed and implemented seriously and synchronously from the Central to the local level. The implementation of social criticism is being carried out at all levels, sectors and the entire political system. Therefore, applying this topic as a reference basis for localities is also quite convenient because they are similar to Dong Da district in terms of mechanism and political system. All are decentralized from district (county) to ward (commune), residential areas, and residential groups. When the Fatherland Front performs well in social criticism, it is to build the Party and build the government right from the grassroots level. It limits the arising conflicts, prolonged complaints, and internal disunity. That is to promote the role of social criticism of the Fatherland Front agencies at the grassroots level in Dong Da district.
