10. Tóm tắt các kết quả của luận văn:

Luận văn chứng minh tầm quan trọng và sự cần thiết phải nâng cao năng lực hợp tác quốc tế của PV Drilling vào thời điểm hiện nay. Đồng thời, luận văn còn nêu ra các chỉ tiêu nâng cao năng lực hợp tác quốc tế và các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến hoạt động nâng cao năng lực hợp tác quốc tế.

Luận văn đã đưa ra một số giải pháp và kiến nghị nhằm nâng cao năng lực hợp tác quốc tế của PV Drilling ở thị trường khoan Việt Nam giai đoạn 2011-2040 như sau: tăng số lượng giàn khoan; Đa dạng chủng loại giàn khoan biển; Nâng cao chất lượng giàn khoan; Tăng cường đội ngũ nhân lực; Xây dựng và mở rộng danh sách nhà cung cấp trang thiết bị đầu vào; Phát triển, mở rộng thị phần sang các nước Đông Nam Á.

11. Khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn:

Luận văn dựa trên các số liệu và thống kê thực tế trong quá trình hoạt động kinh doanh của PV Drilling trong giai đoạn 2001-2010. Từ đó đưa ra các phân tích, kết luận và đề xuất giải pháp nếu có. Vì vậy, Luận văn có kết quả bám sát thực tiễn, các giải pháp đều có mức độ khả thi cao dựa trên các phương pháp phân tích khoa học, có khả năng ứng dụng sâu vào các quá trình hoạch định chiến lược cho PV Drilling trong tương lai.

12. Những hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo:

So sánh chính sách hợp tác quốc tế giữa các Tổng Công ty lớn trong Tập Đoàn Dầu Khí Việt Nam. Từ đó so sánh với các chính sách phát triển ngành Dầu Khí của Chính Phủ. Và đưa ra các nhận định, dự báo và chiến lược cho sự phát triển của ngành Dầu Khí trong giai đoạn 2020-2050.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

The dissertation proves to enhancing the competence of international cooperation is very important and indispensable at this time. Simultaneously, the dissertation also shows some key norms for enhancing the competence of international cooperation, as well as the factors which can cause difficulties in enhancing the competence of international cooperation particularly.

The dissertation suggests some solutions and petitions for enhancing the competence of international cooperation at PV Drilling in order to develop the appearance of PV Drilling in Asian drilling market in 2011-2040 periods. These solutions and petitions are as follow: increasing the quantity of drilling rig; diversifying the kind of drilling rig owned by PV Drilling; Improving the quality of drilling rig; Developing human resources; Building and expanding the quantity of vendors who are supplying the oilfield spare parts for PV Drilling; Expanding the investment to Southeast Asia drilling market.

12. Practical applicability, if any:

The dissertation bases on practical statistics figures which inferred from the PV Drilling’s business operation in 2001-2010 periods. From above evaluations, the dissertation suggests some conclusions and proposals accordingly. Therefore, the dissertation has the good results and practical solutions which based on scientific analysis methods, and it can be deeply apply to business planning process for PV Drilling’s development in the future.

13. Further research directions, if any:

Next research directions will be to compare PV Drilling’s international cooperation policy with PVEP’s policy and other members’ policy in Petro Vietnam Group. From these results, the dissertation can compare PV Drilling’s policy with Oil and Gas development policy of Vietnam Government. And it can give some forecasts, assessments, strategies for the development of Oil and Gas branch in 2020-2050 periods.
