10. Tóm tắt các kết quả của luận văn:

- Luận văn đã hệ thống hoá được cơ sở lý luận khoa học về phát triển du lịch văn hoá, đồng thời phân tích được các điều kiện phát triển du lịch văn hoá tỉnh Bạc Liêu, chỉ ra những bài học kinh nghiệm trong và ngoài nước trong việc phát triển du lịch văn hoá tỉnh Bạc Liêu.

- Nghiên cứu, khảo sát thực tế và phân tích thực trạng hoạt động du lịch văn hóa ở tỉnh Bạc Liêu. Đưa ra được điểm mạnh, điểm yếu của Bạc Liêu khi phát triển các sản phẩm du lịch văn hóa.

 - Căn cứ vào kết quả khảo sát thực tiển, điều kiện và định hướng phát triển du lịch của tỉnh kết hợp với các cơ sở lí luận, luận văn đã đề xuất các giải pháp phù hợp nhằm góp phần phát triển du lịch văn hoá ở Bạc Liêu như sau: Giải pháp về phát triển cơ sở vật chất phục vụ du lịch văn hoá (1); Giải pháp về phát triển nhân lực trong du lịch văn hoá (2); Giải pháp về xúc tiến, quảng bá sản phẩm du lịch văn hoá (3); Giải pháp về tổ chức, quản lí hoạt động du lịch văn hoá (4); Giải pháp về phát triển sản phẩm du lịch văn hoá (5); Giải pháp về thị trường du lịch văn hoá (6); Giải pháp về bảo tồn di sản văn hoá và tài nguyên du lịch văn hoá (7).

11. Khả năng ứng dụng trong  thực tiễn:

Bạc Liêu là tỉnh có tài nguyên du lịch văn hóa phong phú và đa dạng, rất phù hợp để phát triển các sản phẩm du lịch văn hóa. Chính vì vậy đề tài “Nghiên cứu phát triển du lịch văn hóa” có khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn cao.

- Thesis has been systematized scientific rationale for the development of cultural tourism, and analyze the conditions for the development of cultural tourism in Bạc Liêu province, pointing out the lessons at home and abroad in developing cultural tourism in Bac Liêu

- Research, survey and analysis of the actual state of cultural tourism in Phu Tho province. Given the strengths and weaknesses of Bac Lieu while developing cultural tourism products.

- Based on the results of field surveys, condition and direction of the provincial tourism development in conjunction with the theoretical basis, the thesis proposes measures appropriate to contribute to the development of cultural tourism in Bac Lieu as follows: the solution of facilities for cultural tourism (1), the solution for human resources development in cultural tourism (2),  the solution for promotion, promotion of cultural tourism products (3), the solution of organization and management of cultural tourism activities (4), the solution of product development through cultural tourism (5), the solution tourist market culture (6), the solution for conservation of cultural heritage and cultural tourism resources (7).

Bạc Liêu is a province which has tourism resources and rich cultural diversity. It's very suitable for the development of cultural tourism products. So the Thesis "Research and Development of cultural tourism in Bạc Liêu Province" highly capable in practical applications.
