10. Tóm tắt các kết quả của luận văn:

-  Trong giai đoạn 2001-2013, quan hệ Nga – Trung Quốc luôn chiếm vị trí quan trọng trong chiến lược ngoại giao của cả hai nước. Những thành tựu mà quan hệ Nga - Trung đã đạt được trong những năm 2001-2013 đều mang tính chiến lược. Sự hợp tác của hai nước sẽ là một trong những trụ cột cho một trật tự thế giới mới.

          -  Từ thực tế của mối quan hệ Nga - Trung giai đoạn (2001-2013), có thể rút ra những bài học kinh nghiệm cho các quan hệ quốc tế: Thứ nhất, sự phát triển quan hệ hợp tác chỉ có thể diễn ra khi cả hai quốc gia không can thiệp vào công việc nội bộ của nhau, tôn trọng sự lựa chọn của đối tác. Thứ hai, biết gắn kết lợi ích của nhau trong phát triển quan hệ, nỗ lực hỗ trợ, giúp đỡ nhau trong bảo vệ những lợi ích then chốt. Thứ ba, cần tăng cường độ tin cậy lẫn nhau trên tất cả các cấp độ, trong đó có ngoại giao nhân dân.

-  Sự phát triển của quan hệ đối tác chiến lược Nga - Trung đang và sẽ có nhiều ảnh hưởng tới Việt Nam. Việt Nam phải tận dụng mặt tích cực của mối quan hệ này để hợp tác với cả Nga và Trung Quốc, đồng thời đấu tranh để bảo vệ lợi ích quốc gia chính đáng của mình.

-  Quan hệ Nga - Trung sẽ phát triển như thế nào trong tương lai lại vẫn là vấn đề ở phía trước. Mọi nghiên cứu, nhận định về tương lai của mối quan hệ này hiện nay đều mới chỉ là dự báo. Mức độ dự báo chính xác đến đâu còn phụ thuộc vào những ẩn số, vì vậy, đây sẽ còn là vấn đề tiếp tục đặt ra yêu cầu nghiên cứu cho các nhà khoa học trong những năm tiếp theo.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

- The place of Sino-Russian relations has been continuously rising in the diplomatic strategies of each of the countries. The achievements both Russia and China got in the period 2001-2013 were strategic. Their cooperation was, is and will be one of the main important parts of the modern world.

- The Russia – China relationship in the period 2001-2013 becomes lessons of experience for other international relations. Firstly, the normalization and development only could happen when both do not interfere into internal matters of each other, and respect the choice of the other. Secondly, it is necessary to associate benefits of each other in development, to support each other to protect important benefits. Thirdly, both of countries need to have in trust each other at all level, to increase mutual understanding and friendship between the two peoples.

- The development of the strategic Russia – China relations affected, is affecting and will affect Vietnam. Vietnam must take advantage of the this relationship’s positive aspects for cooperation with both Russia and China, and struggle to protect the legitimate interests of his country.

- How Russia – China relations will be developed is still a future issue. All researches, comments on the future of this relationship have been just the forecast. How exact they are depends on unknowns; therefore, this is the problem requiring more researches of scientists in the coming years.
