10.Tóm tắt các kết quả:

Chương 1: Tổng quan về Cục Lưu trữ Văn phòng Trung ương và các khối tài liệu ghi âm đang quản lý.

Nội dung chương 1 chủ yếu đề cập đến chức năng nhiệm vụ, cơ cấu tổ chức của Cục Lưu trữ Văn phòng Trung ương và thành phần nội dung các khối tài liệu ghi âm đang quản lý.

Chương 2: Thực trạng các khối tài liệu ghi âm tại Kho Lưu trữ Trung ương

Qua thực tế quản lý các khối tài liệu ghi âm tại Kho Lưu trữ Trung ương Đảng và quá trình khảo sát về tài liệu ghi âm ở một số cơ quan. Tác giả đánh giá thực các khối tài liệu ghi âm tại Kho Lưu trữ Trung ương.

Chương 3: Giải pháp tổ chức khoa học tài liệu ghi âm tại Kho Lưu trữ Trung ương.

Từ thực trạng trong công tác quản lý khối tài liệu ghi âm tại Kho Lưu trữ Trung ương Đảng chúng tôi đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả trong việc tổ chức khoa học khối tài liệu ghi âm tại Kho Lưu trữ Trung ương Đảng.

11.Khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn: đưa ra cơ sở để Cục Lưu trữ có hướng giải quyết, khắc phục được một số tồn tại trong công tác chuyên môn, nghiệp vụ văn thư, lưu trữ nói chung và công tác tổ chức khoa học tài liệu ghi âm tại Kho Lưu trữ Trung ương nói riêng.

Những kết quả đạt được của đề tài giúp cho các cơ quan quản lý Nhà nước về công tác văn thư, lưu trữ tham khảo, vận dụng để các cơ quan này làm tốt hơn trong việc tổ chức khoa học tài liệu ghi âm.

12.Những hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo: tiếp tục tìm hiểu và nghiên cứu các giải pháp nhằm tổ chức Khoa học tài liệu ghi âm tại Kho Lưu trữ Trung ương Đảng để ngày càng được hoàn thiện.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

Chapter 1: Introduce about the Archive Department of Central Office of Vietnam Communist Party and the records in the Archive Despository of Central Office of CPV.

The content of this chapter focuses on the function, the tasks and the organization of the Archive Department of CPV. Besides, it also views the contents and components of the record archives in the Despository.

Chapter 2: The actual Situation of the record archive at The Central Archive Despository. The author raise some actual situation, such as manage, collect, classify, set up a file, determinate retention reriod of records,.... At the end of this case study, the author bring out some comments all kinds of record archives in Desporitory.

Chapter 3: From the actual situation about the management of this record archives, we give out some solutions about organizing scientifically the record archives at the Archive Department of CPV.

11. The thesis can be practical applicability: The author bring out some basic for the Archive Despository of Central Office of CPV to solve and overcome some  remaining problems in organizing scientifically the record archives at the Archive Department of CPV. It also brings out the route of organizing the recorded archives at an office in general and an the Office directly under the Central Party in particular; besides the thesis supply surpotly the instrument when conducting organization the material archives.

This thesis is reference document for the State Management Organizations, readers, scientists, students at the research institute, at the university in the Vietnam.

Continuing the survey and finding out the methods to organize scientifically the record archives at the Archive Department of CPV.
