10. Tóm tắt các kết quả của luận văn:

Đã làm rõ tình hình tổ chức khai thác sử dụng tài liệu lưu trữ của Ủy ban MTTQ Việt Nam tỉnh Nam Định phục vụ nhiệm vụ chính trị ở địa phương.

Chương 1: Tổng quan về MTTQ và thành phần, nội dung và ý nghĩa tài liệu của Ủy ban Mặt trận tổ quốc tỉnh Nam Định.

Nội dung của chương này giới thiệu khái quát về MTTQVN trong hệ thống chính trị và cơ cấu tổ chức, chức năng, nhiệm vụ của UBMTTQ tỉnh Nam Định; số lượng, thành phần, nội dung, đặc điểm tài liệu cũng như giá trị tài liệu lưu trữ UBMTTQ tỉnh Nam Định.

Chương 2: Thực trạng tổ chức khai thác sử dụng tài liệu của Ủy ban Mặt trận tổ quốc tỉnh Nam Định.

Nội dung của chương này trình bày thực trạng khai thác, sử dụng tài liệu lưu trữ tại phòng lưu trữ thuộc UBMTTQ tỉnh Nam Định, tổ chức khai thác, sử dụng tài liệu lưu trữ phục vụ nhiệm vụ chính trị của tỉnh. Qua đó đưa ra các nhận xét, đánh  giá ưu điểm và hạn chế.

Chương 3: Một số giải pháp nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả khai thác sử dụng tài liệu lưu trữ của Ủy ban Mặt trận tổ quốc tỉnh Nam Định nhằm phục vụ nhiệm vụ chính trị của tỉnh.

Nội dung chương này đưa ra các giải pháp giúp cho lãnh đạo UBMTTQ tỉnh Nam Định có thể tham khảo để chỉ đạo,  hướng dẫn về công tác khai thác, sử dụng tài liệu lưu trữ và tạo thuận lợi cho cán bộ, công chức tiến hành khai thác, sử dụng tài liệu lưu trữ phục vụ trước hết công việc của mình, sau đó tham mưu giúp việc cho lãnh đạo UBMTTQ tỉnh Nam Định.

11. Khả năng ứng dụng trong  thực tiễn:

Đưa ra cơ sở để UBMTTQVN tỉnh Nam Định đánh giá lại thực trạng công tác nói chung tại cơ quan mình và công tác tổ chức khai thác sử dụng tài liệu lưu trữ nói riêng trong thời gian qua, qua đó giúp nâng cao công tác tổ chức khai thác sử dụng tài liệu lưu trữ có hiệu quả hơn.

Having clarified the situation of exploitative organization of the usage of archives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee the province of Nam Dinh to serve political tasks of the province. 

Chapter 1: The overview of the Fatherland Front and the composition, content and the meaning of documents of the Committee of the Fatherland Front of Nam Dinh Province.

The content of this chapter introduces the overview of Vietnam Fatherland Front in the political system and the organizational structure, functions and duties of the Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Dinh province; quantity, composition, content, material characteristics as well as the values of archives documents of Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Dinh province. 

Chapter 2: Current status of the organization of using material exploitation of the Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Dinh province. 

The content of this chapter presents the reality of exploitation, the use of archives in the archives department of the Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Dinh province, organizing the exploitation and the usage of archives documents to serve the political missions of the province. Thereby, give the comments and the evaluation of the advantages and limitations.

Chapter 3: A number of measures to improve the efficiency of utilization of material usage of archives of the Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Dinh to serve the political missions of the province.

The content of this chapter gives several solutions to help the Fatherland Front leaders of Nam Dinh Province may refer to direct and guide the work of exploitation, the usage of archives and facilitate officers and employees to conduct the exploitation and the use of archives to serve the work, then advise the leadership to the Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Dinh province.

Provide the basis for Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Dinh province to reassess the work situation at his agency in general and the organization exploitation of archives in particular in recent years, thereby, it can help to improve the organization of exploitation and use of archives more efficiently.
