Summary of project results: This project reviews domestic and foreign research works to clarify the concept, epidemiological characteristics, influencing factors and empirical evidence on the effectiveness of social anxiety treatment methods. The main content of the project focuses on problem assessment, case framing, development and implementation of a personalized intervention plan applied to a specific clinical case. After two intervention phases, the client had a significant reduction in the frequency and intensity of anxiety in social situations, improved communication skills, increased confidence and self-acceptance. In addition, the client was also equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to self-identify and cope with social anxiety, and flexibly apply cognitive and emotional adjustment strategies in daily life.
11. Practical applicability: The project contributes to additional evidence showing the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy combined with mindfulness techniques in the treatment of social anxiety disorder.

After two phases of intervention, the client showed a marked reduction in the frequency and intensity of anxiety in social situations, significant improvement in communication skills, and increased self-confidence and self-acceptance. In addition, the client is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to identify and cope with social anxiety, demonstrating the ability to flexibly apply cognitive and emotional regulation strategies in daily life.
