Summary of Project Results: This project provides an overview of domestic and international research aimed at clarifying the concept, epidemiological characteristics, influencing factors, and empirical evidence regarding the effectiveness of social anxiety therapy methods. The main content of the project focuses on problem assessment, case definition, and the development and implementation of a personalized intervention plan applied to a specific clinical case. After two intervention phases, the client showed a significant reduction in the frequency and intensity of anxiety in social situations, improved communication skills, increased self-confidence, and higher self-acceptance. Furthermore, the client was equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to identify and respond to social anxiety, and to flexibly apply strategies for cognitive and emotional regulation in daily life.
