10. Summary of project results:

The project has built a theoretical basis for assessing and intervening in anxiety disorders. At the same time, the project has assessed the problem, defined the case, built a detailed treatment plan, closely following the plan set out on a specific clinical case. After the 15-session treatment, the client has made significant improvements according to the set goals such as reducing anxiety, reducing depression and improving relationships. The client assessed that he was very satisfied with the treatment process, feeling that his overall problem had improved by 85% compared to before treatment. The client also grasped the future backup plan after the treatment ended.

11. Practical application:

The project has contributed to further evidence on the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy combined with Mindfulness for anxiety disorders. At the same time, recommendations on preventing the increase of anxiety disorders in society are made.

11. Summary of the findings of the project:

The project established a theoretical foundation for the assessment and intervention of anxiety disorders. At the same time, it conducted problem assessment, case formulation, and the development of a detailed treatment plan, closely following the proposed framework for a specific clinical case. After 15 therapy sessions, the client showed significant improvement in the targeted outcomes, including reduced anxiety, decreased depression, and enhanced relationships. The client reported beingVery satisfiedwith the therapeutic process and estimated an overall improvement of 85% compared to before therapy. The client also understood and adopted a future relapse prevention plan after the completion of the therapy process.

The project contributed additional evidence supporting the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy combined with Mindfulness in treating anxiety disorders. At the same time, it provides recommendations for preventing the increasing prevalence of anxiety disorders in society.
