The thesis focuses on clarifying theoretical issues on ecological technology, management and sustainable use of rice-growing land, describing the process of management and use of agricultural land applying ecological technology in Sapa and Hai Duong. From there, analyze the characteristics of the process of management and use of sustainable agricultural land when applying different ecological technology models in Sapa and Hai Duong and give recommendations on strategies for management and sustainable use of rice-growing land in Sapa and Hai Duong.

Practical applicability: The research results of the thesis will serve as a basis for assessing the conditions for applying ecological technology in the management and sustainable use of agricultural land. The proposals and solutions will be suggestions for Sapa and Hai Duong to apply and deploy different ecological technology models, based on the natural and social conditions of each locality.
