- Hanoi's young human resources are quite proactive in creating and developing social capital through many measures and means.

- Available capital sources such as family, clan, fellow countrymen and self-created capital sources with direct use value such as colleagues, old classmates, are given more attention for development.

- Organizing collective activities outside of working hours to strengthen close relationships and reduce diplomatic relationships is more focused on.

- Be aware of the importance of social capital in transforming into other capital such as cultural capital, knowledge (human capital) and material capital (money, property) and vice versa.

- Take advantage of opportunities to build and develop larger social capital.

- There are still some spontaneous and emotional factors that hinder the building and development of capital such as opportunism and negativity.

There are some main results which are highlighted from this research, including:

- Young human resources in Hanoi are quite active in creating and developing social capitals through various ways and tools.

- There are some popular available capitals like family, relative, countryman. However, some self-created capitals like colleagues, old classmates have more immediate values. Those capitals now are more concentrated on development than others.

- Extra-activities outside official hours in workplaces in order to improve close relations are focused on. Meanwhile, some unfamiliar social relationships are less focused on.

- Young labors conceives the importance of social capital in other capitals' metabolism such as cultural capital, intellectuality (human capital) and physical capital (money and belongings), and vice versa.

- The ability in creation and development of social capitals is higher than that in previous periods of time.

- There are several spontaneous and emotional factors which affect creation and development of social capitals such as opportunistic and negativism.
