The nature and characteristics of Ho Chi Minh's political culture:

- Social and class characteristics: Culture or political culture are both categories of human nature. - Nationality and humanity: Political culture is always closely linked to national culture, because political culture is an aspect of culture. National culture is a system of common values, typical of the nation. Political culture is the core, the mechanism for operating cultural life, promoting national culture in political activities.

-The historical nature of political culture: Politics is historical, so political culture is historical. Political culture is a spiritual form of political people expressed through the structural elements of political content.
