In researching this topic, we aim for the following objectives:

- First, we would like to affirm that the shifts in artistic and literary thinking after 1975, especially after the Sixth Party Congress, have led to important innovations in artistic concepts, particularly artistic concepts about humanity.

- The thesis specifically identifies the types of human loneliness in contemporary prose; the causes, conditions, and manifestations of human loneliness in the face of life.

- In addition, this thesis aims to contribute to identifying one of the important signs of innovation in contemporary Vietnamese prose through the distinctive artistic features of writers such as: the art of constructing space, time, point of view, tone, language, etc.
