From this, it boldly proposes feasible viewpoints, orientations, and solutions to improve the effectiveness of information serving key national-level science and technology programs, contributing to the quality and effectiveness of the aforementioned programs.

To provide perspectives and directions, propose mechanisms, policies, and solutions to improve efficiency, enhance the supplementation of science and technology information sources, and strengthen international cooperation in order to improve the effectiveness of information organization activities serving key national science and technology programs.
