Based on research on key state-level science and technology programs, theoretical basis for organizing information activities, the current situation of organizing information activities to serve state-level science and technology programs and the need to ensure information for these programs, make objective assessments and comments on the weaknesses, strengths, difficulties and advantages of the current situation of organizing information activities to serve key state-level science and technology programs, thereby boldly proposing viewpoints, orientations and feasible solutions to improve the effectiveness of information serving key state-level science and technology programs, contributing to the quality and effectiveness of the above programs.
