This thesis focuses on researching and presenting the following basic results:
In Chapter 1 – an overview of the topic "Local Radio News Bulletin," the author focused on clarifying several concepts related to "radio broadcasting," "news bulletin," "radio news bulletin," and "local radio news bulletin." Furthermore, the author analyzed the position and role of news bulletins in radio broadcasting within the context of information competition. In addition, the author examined and set specific requirements for local radio news bulletins, such as requirements regarding content, presentation style, presenter, program structure, duration, and broadcast time.
Chapter two of the thesis delves into surveying and analyzing the content and presentation style of news broadcasts on radio and television stations in Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, and Lang Son provinces from October 2014 to April 2015. By analyzing the content of the news bulletin, combined with a synthesis of assessments and comments from listeners, reporters, news editors, and station leaders, the author has provided specific and objective observations on the diversity of information presented, such as production in various sectors, progress in key construction projects, support for business development, and emerging issues of great public concern, such as land issues, living conditions in industrial zones, and the quality of education and healthcare. In terms of format, the news bulletin utilizes a rich variety of journalistic genres such as news reports, feature stories, and interviews. This chapter also highlights the successes achieved by the news bulletin, such as its strong ability to guide public opinion, its adherence to the local political agenda, and the use of music and sound effects. These elements contribute to the value of the news bulletin.
Through news surveys, analysis of real-world data from production units, and in-depth interviews with insiders, the thesis identifies many existing problems and limitations. Based on this, the author boldly proposes several solutions to improve the quality of news broadcasts and radio news programs of local radio and television stations, such as human resources, technical and material resources, innovation in content and presentation style, and a network of collaborators.

With this topic, the thesis has made significant contributions to supplementing and developing the theoretical system regarding the genre of local radio news broadcasts today. Specifically, by delving into the issue of "local radio news broadcasts," the thesis will, in some aspects, make pioneering contributions to the statistical analysis, evaluation, commentary, and interpretation of content and presentation. This will contribute to laying the foundation for further research on news at local radio stations.
This thesis also hopes to contribute to improving radio news reporting skills and provide an additional source of information for researchers, management agencies, and anyone interested in this issue.

The thesis focuses on research and some basic findings are as follows:
In Chapter one, Overview of the subject "Newsletter of the local radio", the author focuses on clarifying some of the concepts of 'radio', "news reports", "radio news reports" and "news reports local radio." In addition, the authors also analyze the position and role of news reports on the radio in the context of competitive information. In terms of form, the newsletter has used rich media genres such as news, reports, interviews. In this chapter, the authors also draw upon the success that news reports had achieved such information is public oriented high, sticking tasks of local politics, the elements of music, sound. These have created value to news reports.
By surveying newsletter, analyzing actual data from the production unit, insider interviews, many problems exist, restrictions were also introduced to the thesis proposed some solutions to improve the quality of news reports, radio news programs of TV radio local factors such as manpower, material and technical means, elements of innovative content and form of expression, elements of the network of collaborators....

With this subject, the thesis is of great significance as it helps supplement and develop the system of theories of genre news reports local radio today. In this respect, from going deeply into one issue, namely "Newsletter of the local radio". the thesis shall make initial contributions to activities of summing up, assessing, commenting and analyzing from the angle of presentation content and form. This will help the foundation for further research on the issue in the local news stations.
