10. Summary of the thesis results:

Using mind maps in creating television programs. This is a pressing issue in the context of fierce competition among various media formats. Television creative activities in general, and the creation of television works in particular, are constantly facing pressure for innovation. While many studies have focused on mind mapping and the television creative process, no research has specifically addressed the relationship between these two concepts. Starting with the study of using mind maps in television creation, the author collaborated with television production teams from Vietnam Television, the National Assembly Television Channel of the Voice of Vietnam, and Ha Tinh Radio and Television Station to conduct experiments from January 2015 to April 2016. Based on general theories of television journalism, the author employed specific research methods to complete this thesis. This thesis proposes scientific solutions to ensure that the use of mind maps in television production is both suitable for the modern media context and aligns with the work processes of television reporters. The thesis has theoretical and practical value as a reference for television in general and local television in particular.

Besides the Introduction, Conclusion, References, and Appendix, the thesis is structured into three chapters. Specifically, they are as follows:

Chapter 1: Mind Mapping Methods and Their Application in Television Journalism. In this chapter, the author systematizes the basic theories of mind mapping methods, the creative process of television journalism, and the effectiveness of mind mapping when applied to television production. Starting with the concept of what mind mapping is and affirming its effectiveness in many industries and fields worldwide, the author compares it to the production process of a television program to see the fundamental benefits of using mind maps in television production. This is an important theoretical framework for the author to conduct experiments on the application of mind mapping in television production in Chapter 2.

Chapter 2: Experimenting with Mind Mapping Methods in the Television Production Process. In this chapter,Based on the knowledge gained from primary and secondary literature to build a theoretical framework, the author of this thesis has focused on highlighting issues related to the experimental application of mind maps in creating television works. Through the introduction of an experimental model, analysis of the process of implementing mind maps in television production, and the results showing the effectiveness and superiority when comparing the application of mind maps versus the non-application in the process of implementation and deployment from practice. This is an important basis for the author to propose solutions and improve the efficiency of television journalism using mind mapping methods.

Chapter 3:Enhancing the Effectiveness of Television Journalism through Mind Mapping. In this chapter, after specifically studying the experiments of using mind maps in creating television journalistic works by groups of individuals from central and local television stations, and the National Assembly Television, the author of this thesis has drawn many valuable lessons from the experimental process of teams that regularly and first-time users. At the same time, the author also boldly proposes specific solutions to improve the effectiveness of television journalism using mind mapping.

11. Practical applications:

The selection and commencement of research on the use of mind maps in television production is a truly important issue in contemporary journalism. Based on research findings from both theory and practice, this study will serve as a useful reference for journalists who have used, are using, or intend to use mind maps in television production. It is not only significant in helping to identify strengths and weaknesses, but more importantly, through experimental research, surveys, and interviews, it provides a comprehensive perspective, contributing to improving the quality of television production using this new method.

12. Future research directions:

This thesis topic opens up new perspectives and offers many in-depth research directions on the use of mind maps in creating television programs. With this topic, the author hopes to contribute to providing everyone, especially colleagues in the television industry, with more specific theoretical and practical knowledge about mind maps. This knowledge can then be applied to work to enhance the creative capacity of reporters and the quality of television programs, serving the effective propaganda work of television stations.

13. Published works related to the thesis: None

10. A summary of the thesis results:

Using the mind maps to create TV workisan urgent subject in the context of fierce competition between media types. Creativity of TV activities in general, creativity of expressing television works in particular are often faced with renewed pressure. There have been many individual studies of mind map and television creative process, but the study of two concepts are involved with each other, then there is no research that refers specifically. The object of study is using mind maps to create works in television, the author has collaborated with the TV crew such as Vietnam Television Station, Parliament's TV channel, Voice of Vietnam and Radio Broadcasting Ha Tinh conducted experiments from January 2015 to April 2016. Based on the general theory of television journalism, the authors have used the specific research methods to perform thesis. Thereby suggesting the scientific solutions to the usage of mind maps in creative television work has developed in line with the modern media context, in line with the business processes of reporters television. Thesis has valuable reference in theoretical and practical creative activity in the field of television in general and television localities in particular.

Apart Introduction, Conclusion, References, Appendix, Thesis consists of 3 chapters. As follows:

Chapter 1: The method of mind maps and applications in TV journalism. In this chapter, the author has codified the basic theory of mind map method, the process of creating a TV media report work and the effects of using the mind maps when applying in theTVworks. From the concept of mind map method and its effectiveness in many branches, in many areas of the world, the authors compare them with the production process ofTV works in order to see the benefits of using the mind maps in creative television works in chapter 2.

Chapter 2: Experimental methods of mind maps in production processes television works. In th

In this chapter, on the basis of knowledge studied at primary and secondary levels to build the foundation of theoretical framework, the authors highlight the issues related to the application experiments to create TV works. Through the introduction of the experimental model, analyzing the process of mind maps applicationintelevision works and the results show the effectiveness and the advantages when compared to apply the mind maps and do not apply it during the implementation and the deployment from the reality. This is an important basis for the author to propose the solutions and improve the efficiency of television journalism by means of mind map method.ly it

Chapter 3:Improving the efficiency of television journalism by means of a mind map.

In this chapter, after studying the experimental process using mind maps to create TV works of the target groups of the central radio, local TV and Parliament TV, the author has drawn experience from the experimental process performed regularlyand performed for the first time. At the same time, the author also boldly proposes specific solutions to improve the operational efficiency of the media by means of a mind map method.

11. Usability in Practice:

The selection to study the topic of using mind maps in creative television work is a matter of concern in the life of the press today. By the results of the study coming from the theory and the reality, the topic will be useful reference for reporters who have intention to use mind maps to create works in television. It not only makes sense in the helps recognize the advantages as well as the limitations through empirical research, but also surveys, interviews for a comprehensive view, which contributes to improving the quality of creative works by new methods.

12. Further research directions:

Thesis topic suggests new approaches, more in-depth research on the usage of mind maps to create works in television. With this topic, the author wishes to contribute to bringtheoretical knowledge as well as practical knowledge, more specific about mind maps for people, especially the television industry peers. Thereby, people can apply to work in television order to improve the innovative capacity and quality reporter programs serving the propaganda services effectively in the broadcaster.
