10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis is the first work to systematize all sources of documents on the Ha Yen Quyet communal house and temple relic complex (Yen Hoa ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi city). This is also the first time that studies on the Ha Yen Quyet communal house and temple relic complex have been analyzed and decoded in a scientific and systematic manner.
The thesis also provides rich materials on the history, culture, population, space, location, worshiped characters, festivals, architecture and sculpture of the Ha Yen Quyet communal house - temple relic complex.
The thesis has contributed to clarifying the architectural and sculptural values and festivals, determining the construction date of the Ha Yen Quyet communal house and temple relic complex and its subsequent restorations to compare with other relics of the same period. It sets out basic orientations for preserving and promoting the values of the relics and festivals of the Ha Yen Quyet communal house and temple relic complex.
11. Practical application:
The thesis can be used as a reference for studying and learning about relics, artifacts and Vietnamese village festivals in general.
The thesis will be a reliable source of information for cultural researchers interested in the architecture-culture-traditional festivals of Vietnamese people in general and of a Vietnamese village in particular.

In the future, the author of the thesis will try to conduct broader research to clarify some of the issues that have been raised such as:
- The issue of the role and value of communal house and village temple architecture?
- Research and decode the hidden values of architectural and decorative art and tangible and intangible cultural values surrounding the village's communal house and shrine?
- Provide basic guidelines for preserving and promoting the value of relics.

This thesis is the first study systematizing fully the resources about Family vestige - Ha Yen Quyet Temple (located in Yen Hoa ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi city). This is also the first time that researches about Family vestige – Ha Yen Quyet temple has been analyzed, decoded scientifically and systematically.
Besides, the thesis provides diverse materials on the history, culture, people, space, location, characters worshiped, festivals, architecture and sculpture of family vestige - Ha Yen Quyet Temple.
Thesis has contributed to clarify the value of architecture, sculpture art, festivals and indicate the start-up time of the family vestige - Ha Yen Quyet Temple as well as the subsequent repair times in order to compare with other vestiges at that time. From there, basic orientations are established with the aim of preserving and promoting the values of the monuments and the festivals of family vestige - Ha Yen Quyet Temple.
