The thesis is the first monograph on the Ly and Tran dynasties' glazed ceramic system through excavations in the Kinh Thien Palace area from 2011 to 2013.

Classification system of Ly and Tran dynasties' glazed ceramic relics through excavations in Kinh Thien Palace area in 2011, 2012, 2013. Study the characteristics of the Ly and Tran dynasties' glazed ceramic relics system in Kinh Thien Palace area.

Comparing, synthesizing and analyzing the characteristics of Ly and Tran dynasties' glazed ceramics in the Kinh Thien Palace area to determine the values ​​of this system of relics in the glazed ceramic system in the area and in correlation with other types of relics in the site.

Through the study of Ly and Tran ceramics in the Kinh Thien Palace area, we contribute to understanding more about the nature of the Kinh Thien Palace area during the Ly and Tran dynasties.

The research results of the thesis will provide and contribute more materials for the research and study of Ly and Tran dynasties' glazed ceramics in terms of types, glaze lines, patterns, and manufacturing techniques. In addition, the thesis results are also materials for studying some issues about the Kinh Thien Palace area in particular and Thang Long in general as well as some social aspects of the Ly - Tran dynasties through Ly and Tran dynasties' glazed ceramics.

This thesis is the first full systematic resources about Ly - Tran ceramic systems through excavations in Kinh Thien Palace area from 2011 to 2013.

Classify scientific Ly-Tran ceramic artifacts through excavations in Kinh Thien Palace area in 2011, 2012, 2013. To research characteristics of Ly –Tran glazed ceramic systems in Kinh Thien area.

To compare analyze and evaluate characteristic of Ly – Tran glazed ceramics in Kinh Thien Palace area in order to determine the values ​​of artifacts in glazed ceramic systems in the region as well as in relation ship with other kinds of relics. Through the study of Ly-Tran ceramics in Kinh Thien Palace area contributes to learn more about features of the site.

The research results of this thesis will provide and contribute material for research and learning about Ly - Tran ceramics on the various aspects: typology, glaze type, patterns, fabrication techniques. Besides, the results of the thesis is also material for understanding regional issues of Kinh Thien in particular and Thang Long in general as well as some social aspects of Ly - Tran dynasties through their ceramics.
