The thesis clearly states that the education of youth in general, and the education of social responsibility awareness for Vietnamese youth in particular, is both strategic and urgent. It is not just an immediate task, but a large, long-term undertaking for the future of the country. In addressing this task, today's generation has many solid and valuable foundations. One of them is the ideological legacy of President Ho Chi Minh for youth education. Therefore, understanding, researching, and correctly and creatively applying his thoughts on educating youth social responsibility awareness is crucial to serving and improving the quality and effectiveness of youth education to meet the requirements and tasks of our country's revolution in the new era.

Chapter 1 presents some theoretical issues regarding the social responsibility of youth according to Ho Chi Minh's perspective. Youth, regardless of the era, whether in war or peace, need to be tempered through challenges and experiences with the spirit of "Nothing is difficult, only the lack of perseverance is to be feared; with determination, one can move mountains and fill seas," to cultivate the will of youth, enabling them to stand firm and persevere in the face of any difficulty.

Chapter 2 covers the content of educating Vietnamese youth on social responsibility according to Ho Chi Minh's ideology. Based on the current situation and the issues raised, the thesis proposes several solutions to educate Vietnamese youth on social responsibility in accordance with Ho Chi Minh's ideology.

Dissertation states that the education of the youth in general, education sense of social responsibility for youth Vietnam in particular strategic fit, is both urgent.
