One of them is the ideological legacy of President Ho Chi Minh for youth education. Therefore, understanding, researching, and correctly and creatively applying his thoughts on educating youth social responsibility awareness is crucial to serving and improving the quality and effectiveness of youth education to meet the requirements and tasks of our country's revolution in the new era.

Chapter 1 presents some theoretical issues regarding the social responsibility of youth according to Ho Chi Minh's perspective. Based on the current situation and the issues raised, the thesis proposes several solutions to educate Vietnamese youth on social responsibility in accordance with Ho Chi Minh's ideology.
