The experiences drawn from the practical leadership process are suggestions to contribute to improving the effectiveness of the work of building cultural life of the Luong Tai District Party Committee according to the viewpoints and policies of the Party, policies and directives of Bac Ninh province in the coming time.

In addition, the thesis can be used as a reference for research, teaching and learning of the subject of Local Party History.
