The thesis is structured into three chapters:

Chapter 1: Overview of research situation and theoretical basis;

Chapter 2: Structural characteristics and naming conventions of terms referring to traditional agricultural tools in Chinese and Vietnamese.

Chapter 3: Cultural Factors in Traditional Agricultural Tools Terms in Chinese and Vietnamese.

Conclusion: Traditional agricultural tools in Chinese and Vietnamese have both similarities and differences. Similarities include: both Chinese and Vietnamese consider the external characteristics of the tools when naming them, such as their shape and color. Differences include: the naming characteristics of agricultural tools in Chinese are also reflected in the structure of the Chinese characters. Through the form of the Chinese characters, one can discern the shape, purpose, and method of operation of the tools.

10. Summary of Findings:

The thesis consists of 3 chapters.

Chapter 1: Overview of the research and theoretical basis; introduction to some basic problems with vocabulary and semantics and some basic concepts of identification; determination of identification characteristics as a basis for studying and analyzing farming tool characteristics in the two languages ​​in Chapter 2.

Chapter 2: Characteristics of formation and identification of traditional farming tool words and phrases in Chinese and Vietnamese; carrying out a statistical analysis to point out similarities and differences in formation and identification of farming tool words and phrases in the two languages.

Chapter 3: Cultural factors of traditional farming tool words and phrases in Chinese and Vietnamese; carrying out a study of cultural factors to determine what cultural factors affecting characteristics of farming tool identification in the two languages.

Conclusion: There are similarities and differences in characteristics of traditional farming tool words and phrases in Chinese and Vietnamese.

The similarities are: when identifying, both Chinese and Vietnamese are paying attention to the external features of farm machinery such as form, color, etc and appearance characteristics of things. The difference is that, The specification of the farming tools in Chinese is also expressed in Chinese characters. Through the shape of the Chinese characters can see the shape, purpose and mode of operation of farming tools.
