The thesis outlines the economic - cultural - social - health development situation of the district before 2008 and summarizes each stage of the process of building the new rural area from 2008 - 2014 through reports and directives of each conference and congress of the district Party Committee. In particular, it also delves into the study and analysis of two typical successful commune models in building the new rural area during this period, namely Tieu Dong and Boi Cau.
The thesis summarizes the important results achieved during the period of new rural construction in Binh Luc district (Ha Nam) from 2008 - 2014 in all fields of economy, politics, culture - society, education - health. At the same time, the thesis also draws profound lessons to apply in practice in the later stages of the process of completing the national target program on new rural construction by 2020.
11. Practical application:
Lessons learned on planning and implementation of new rural construction in communes in the district were drawn from the survey of two typical communes of the district, Tieu Dong and Boi Cau. Communes that register to complete the criteria in the next phase will not encounter the limitations and mistakes that were drawn from before.
The results of implementing the new rural construction have given Binh Luc district a new face, new space and new people - socialist people building the industrialization and modernization of the country.
12. Further research directions:
It is possible to continue to learn about the process of the District Party Committee leading the construction of the New Rural Area by 2020 according to the plan and directives of the Central Committee as well as the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee. In particular, it is also possible to learn more about the process of building the New Rural Area in other communes in the district. Then compare and evaluate the level of completion of the 19 criteria of the National Ministry for each commune. Draw lessons for other communes to build the New Rural Area in the next stage.
