- The current young workforce is actively and flexibly creating, maintaining and expanding social capital. They use modern means in many different ways to connect, create social capital, expand and effectively develop that social capital.

- Social capital plays an important role for young human resources in the recruitment process, job access opportunities, promotion opportunities, training and professional development. In addition, social capital also contributes to creating favorable conditions for young human resources in work, in relationships with superiors and colleagues inside and outside the agency.

- However, there are still some limitations when researching social capital in developing young human resources such as brain drain, causing difficulties and obstacles in work, limiting creativity, expressing personality and fear of change.

11. Practical application:

The thesis can be a reference for students and graduate students majoring in sociology and social work when researching social capital in general and social capital with young human resource development in particular.

12. Further research directions:

Continue to learn more about the role of social capital in developing young human resources, from which this topic can be further developed at the doctoral level.

Besides, social capital also contributes to creating favorable conditions for young human resources in works, relationships with upper levels, colleagues inside and outside their workplace.

- However, there are also some limitations while studying social capital in the development of young human resources such as brain drain phenomenon, causing difficulties and obstacles in works, limitation of creativity and personality expression, and fear of change.
