The thesis focuses on finding something new in Nguyen Du's concept of heroes through examining the character Tu Hai as the focus of research. Clarifying the position of Tu Hai in the system of characters in "Truyen Kieu". Clarifying the complex and multi-dimensional personality of the hero Tu Hai. Through analyzing the art of describing actions, language, and psychology, clarifying the image of the hero Tu Hai. Clarifying what is different from previous studies. This is a new discovery of the thesis compared to before. Through analyzing a number of other characters, thereby highlighting the image of the hero Tu Hai. The new thing in Nguyen Du's view of heroes is that although the hero is a gentleman, self-disciplined but not abstinent, chivalrous, knows how to love and cherish women.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

The thesis focuses on finding something new in Nguyen Du's concept of hero through analyzing images of Tu Hai as center of the research. It clarifies the position of Tu Hai within the system of characters of "The Tale of Kieu" and makes clear the complex multidimensional character of the hero. Through analyzing the art of describing, language and psychology, the thesis clarifies the iconic hero of Tu Hai as well as stress on the difference compared with the previous studies, which is considered a new finding of the thesis. In addition, the thesis also analyzes several different characters from which highlight the iconic hero from Tu Hai. The thesis points out that the new aspect in Nguyen Du's point of view about hero is that the hero is gentle, stoic, but not in sexual abstinence, generous and gallant, who loves, honors and cherishes women.
