In Vietnam, agriculture and rural areas play an extremely important role. Recognizing the importance of agriculture and rural areas, the Party and the State have implemented many policies aimed at comprehensively developing agriculture and rural areas. Building new rural areas is a sound policy, developing into a widespread movement throughout the country.

This thesis provides a comprehensive overview of rural development in Quang Ninh province. It delves into an analysis of the natural and social factors impacting the rural development process in Quang Ninh. Specifically, the thesis presents the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee's policy on rural development, and the implementation process by relevant Party committees and departments. From this, the thesis identifies the strengths, weaknesses, and some lessons learned from the rural development process in Quang Ninh.

In Vietnam, agriculture and rural areas play an extremely important role. Recognizing the importance of agriculture and rural development, the Party and State have adopted policies to develop agriculture and rural development in a comprehensive manner. Construction of new countryside is a right policy, developed into a mass movement across the country.

Thesis shows a panoramic view of the new rural construction in Quang Ninh. Going into the analysis of natural factors and social impact on the process of building new countryside of Quang Ninh. In particular, the thesis presented by the policy of building new countryside of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, the process of implementing the policy direction that the Party committees and departments concerned. Since then, the thesis has drawn the advantages, limitations, and some lessons learned from the process of building a new countryside in Quang Ninh.
